TERMS & CONDITIONS + CODE OF CONDUCT
- Payments will be returned or additional classes offered if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Wings Theatre School or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
- Wings Theatre School reserves the right to remove students from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- Parents and children must respect all staff members and their peers at all times, any concerns can be dealt with via email at parents@wingsfamily.com. If a face-to-face meeting is necessary this can be booked via email with one of our directors.
- Parents or children must not verbally abuse staff or peers at any time, this includes face to face communication plus the use of any communication devices or apps such as text messages/ Whatsapp. If this behaviour occurs, our directors have the right to remove children from their registers.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at – parents@wings.com.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of contagious illness within 48 hours of the class. Sessions will not be refunded due to illness unless a doctor’s note is provided, any decisions will be at a director’s discretion.
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own personal circumstances.
- Subscription to our theatre school does not guarantee your child’s participation in external Wings performances, each cast is decided by our directors.
- Sessions can be booked off if communicated via email to parents@wingsfamily.com before 1st of every month. Once the payment has been taken we are unable to refund.
